Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator -

We are looking for a self-motivated person to help the club manage our existing Corporate Sponsors and to help secure additional sponsors for the new season. The role would involve the administration of our current systems, engaging with our existing sponsors on a 1-1 or group basis, organising quarterly sponsor events and seeking out new sponsors. Experience within the sponsorship environment would be desirable, but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has some free time (4-8 hours per week) they would like to use constructively, is passionate about communicating and engaging with others, can positively promote our club and facilities and can work on their own, or with our wider team of volunteers.

 

Although we cannot offer any financial rewards, we can offer you free entry to all our home games, the opportunity to engage with the local community and to do something that will not only benefit your local club, but the wider community.

Social Events Coordinator -

We are looking for a self-motivated person to help the club manage our social events. T&MUFC is passionate about our community and want the club to be the focal point for the community. We have held events to raise money for charities, hospitals and the club, but we are looking for someone who can help us host more regular and diverse events and help promote these further afield. Experience in the events environment would be desirable, but more importantly, we are looking for someone who has some free time (4-8 hours per week) they would like to use constructively, is passionate about communicating and engaging with others, can positively promote our club/facilities and can work on their own, or with our wider team of volunteers.

 

Although we cannot offer any financial rewards, we can offer you free entry to all our home games, plus all the events that you organise. In addition it will provide you with the opportunity to engage with our members and the local community. The key objective being to ensure the club becomes a vital amenity, that offers events and opportunities for all to participate and enjoy.

 

Match day music manager -

We are looking for someone to assist with the match day music and entertainment. You will be working closely with our experienced match day announcer to provide music before and during the half time break. Although we cannot offer any financial rewards, we can offer you free entry to all the home games you help provide the entertainment for.

Report writing/ interviewer - 

We are looking for someone to assist with the media side of the role, including match reports/updates and holding post game interviews. The role would be ideal for a journalist in training and looking to work in the industry with some hands on experience. Please note this is a voluntary position. Although we cannot offer any financial rewards, we can offer you free entry to all the games you help provide the reporting for.
