This season we have partnered up with Kaizen ticketing, who will be our ticket host for the season. All home match day tickets & programmes are available to buy online midday on the day of the game via this web page. Find out this years match day ticket prices here

Tickets for our home matches are available here. Match programs can also be purchased online with your match ticket. 

 

Please note match tickets are not refundable unless the game has been cancelled due to poor weather.

Match day procedures - 

Match days will look a bit different this season as expected, this starts with the way match day tickets are purchased. Please read below a guide on match day and what to expect.

 

You ticket will be scanned upon arrival by a volunteer. Please ensure you have the ticket printed or available on your phone. It is the QR code (example below) that we will need to scan. 

To ensure we get all fans into the ground safely, we ask that you get to the turnstiles with plenty of time. We will have volunteers in place to ensure social distancing is being adhered in the queue.

Your online tickets will be sent to you via email from Kaizen ticketing box office and may end up in your junk. If your tickets aren't in your email box or junk, please check if the money has left you bank account. If the money has left your account, contact tmufc@tmunited.org and someone will be able to assist.

Inside the ground

 

We would ask spectators be mindful of social distancing at all time and in particular when siting in the main stand. You are welcome to sit in your household group or support bubble (two households grouped together as per government guidelines) but please leave a two seat gap in between you and other individuals outside of this and avoid sitting directly behind someone else.

 

There will be some areas cordoned off or moved to ensure social distancing can be maintained these include;

  • The Shak end toilets will be closed to allow for social distancing in the queue for the Shak.

  • Some of the seats in the stand to allow for the extension of the dug outs

  • Some of the stadium will be closed for friendlies or games where we expect a low attendance to minimise the amount of volunteers required.

  • The tea bar has been moved to the far end to allow for a queuing system to be put in place.

 

Please be mindful of stewards and volunteers directions as we try to keep everyone safe whilst enjoying being back watching football.

 

Season tickets 

If you have a season ticket, you don't have to scan these, but please do have these out and ready to show the turnstile operator. 

 

Paying cash 

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets with cash this season, although there will be an option to do this. With our new scanner system, we will be prioritising these tickets when getting people into the ground. 

Match day programmes

We will still be selling match day programmes this season, however like the match day tickets, the purchase of these will look a bit different. When buying a match day ticket, there will be an option to buy a programme as well. Programmes will have been delivered directly from the printers to limit contact and will be available for collection with your ticket inside the turnstiles.
